Examples of Post-Confirmation Committee in a sentence
The Post-Confirmation Committee shall be dissolved without further action or order upon the closing of the Debtors’ chapter 11 cases.
All reasonable and documented fees, expenses and costs of the Post-Confirmation Committee and its counsel shall be paid by GMR, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $50,000, without application or submission to the Bankruptcy Court (it being understood that the Bankruptcy Court shall retain jurisdiction with respect to any disputes that may arise with respect to the Post-Confirmation Committee’s formation and/or performance of duties discussed hereunder).
The Post-Confirmation Committee shall consist of not less than three (3) nor more than five (5) members to be appointed by the Creditors’ Committee and may adopt by-laws governing its conduct.
The Post-Confirmation Committee, the Class 6 Distribution Agent and, if applicable, the Unsecured Stock Trust, may, in the ordinary course and without need for notice or Bankruptcy Court order, employ professionals, including any professionals employed by the Committee during this case, to assist in the performance of their duties hereunder.
All other requests for payment of an Administrative Claim (other than as set forth in Articles 10.2 and 10.3 of this Plan and subject to the final sentence of this Article 10.3) must be filed with the Claims Agent and served on counsel for the Reorganizing Debtors, and the Post-Confirmation Committee on or before the Administrative Claim Bar Date.
