Policies definition

Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

Policies means insurance policies and insurance Contracts of any kind (other than life and benefits policies or Contracts), including primary, excess and umbrella policies, comprehensive general liability policies, director and officer liability, fiduciary liability, automobile, aircraft, property and casualty, business interruption, workers’ compensation and employee dishonesty insurance policies, bonds and self-insurance and captive insurance company arrangements, together with the rights, benefits and privileges thereunder.

Policies have meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2 hereof.

Examples of Policies in a sentence

• In the event of a conflict between Registry Services and Consensus Policies or any Temporary Policy, the Consensus Polices or Temporary Policy shall control, but only with respect to subject matter in conflict.

• In the event there is conflict between the terms of the DPA and the Service Agreement, Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, or with any other bid/RFP, license agreement, or writing, the terms of this DPA shall apply and take precedence.

• In the event of a conflict, definitions used in this DPA shall prevail over terms used in any other writing, including, but not limited to the Service Agreement, Terms of Service, Privacy Policies etc.

• Registry Operator shall comply with and implement all Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies found at <xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/general/consensus-­‐policies.htm>, as of the Effective Date and as may in the future be developed and adopted in accordance with the ICANN Bylaws, provided such future Consensus Polices and Temporary Policies are adopted in accordance with the procedure and relate to those topics and subject to those limitations set forth in Specification 1 attached hereto (“Specification 1”).

• Policies shall remain current for the duration of the requested service period, and GRDA shall be notified of any cancellation or revision to policies.
