Plant Expansion definition

Plant Expansion has the meaning given such term in Section 5.2(b)(ii).
Plant Expansion means a publicly announced expansion of a plant owned or to be newly constructed by the Company or a Subsidiary and with respect to which the Company has provided the Administrative Agent with a description of such expansion or construction and all relevant financial information (including, without limitation, projected costs and expenditures and a timeline) at least 30 days prior to any election of an Adjusted Covenant Period in respect thereof.
Plant Expansion means, other than a Plant Addition, any physical enhancement or series of physical enhancements to the Chaco Plant that would increase the capacity of the Chaco Plant, including, without limitation, enhancements to pumping or compression facilities.

More Definitions of Plant Expansion

Plant Expansion means the new plant expansion contemplated by Borrower during 2018.
Plant Expansion means a capital project, not to include a turnaround or other routine maintenance, that will increase the production capacity of fertilizer products at the Plant; provided that such capital project, and the assets comprising or used in connection with such capital project, are owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor; provided, however, that such capital project shall utilize only proven technology and shall not be used to commercialize any of Parent Holdings’ technology.

Related to Plant Expansion

  • Expansion means the addition of buildings, structures, machinery or equipment for purposes of increasing production capacity.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
