Plan Administration Trustee definition

Plan Administration Trustee means the trustee of the Plan Administration Trust appointed in accordance with Section 5.3(c) of the Plan.

  • An Administrative Claim, with respect to which a request for payment has been properly and timely filed pursuant to this Section 2.1(a), shall become an Allowed Administrative Claim if no objection to such request is filed by the Debtors or the Plan Administration Trustee with the Bankruptcy Court on or before the date that is one hundred twenty (120) days after the Effective Date, or such later date as may be fixed by the Bankruptcy Court.

  • On and after the Effective Date, the Plan Administration Trustee and NewCo may maintain their respective documents, books and records in accordance with their respective document retention policies set forth in the PAT Agreement and the NewCo Operating Agreement, respectively.

  • Plan Sponsor has the meaning assigned to the term “plan sponsor” in Section 3(16)(B) of ERISA.

  • Medication administration means the direct application of medications by injection, inhalation, ingestion, or any other means to an individual receiving services by (i) persons legally permitted to administer medications or (ii) the individual at the direction and in the presence of persons legally permitted to administer medications.

  • Investment Committee means the committee in charge of investment aspects of the Plan, as described in Article VII.

  • Registered Benchmark Administrator means that the Underlying is administered by an administrator who is registered in a register pursuant to Article 36 of the Benchmark Regulation as specified in § 2 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);

  • Program Administrator means the person retained by the Wisconsin PACE Commission as provided in subsection (5)(b).
