Pipeline equipment means (a) the equipment and other materials described in Schedule V, and any leasehold interest therein, and (b) all other pipe, valves, fittings, compressors, tanks, gauges, meters and other measuring equipment, regulators, extractors, communication equipment, radio towers and repeater stations, power lines, fuel lines, generators, motors, buildings, storage tanks and facilities, improvements, fittings, fixtures, machinery, equipment, tools, supplies, spare parts, materials, computer equipment, vehicles, and other property of every kind and nature, including inventories thereof, which as of or after the Effective Date were owned or leased by the Company and used or useful for or in connection with the Pipeline Systems, the ownership or operation thereof, or the measurement, metering, transferring, gathering, transportation, storage, treatment, handling, containment or compression of gas or other liquid or gaseous Hydrocarbons therein, but SAVE AND EXCEPT, from clause (b) only, (i) that equipment located on the Effective Date at the Laredo Yard and (ii) the Excluded Systems and Equipment.
