Pipeline Systems definition

Pipeline Systems means, collectively, (a) the approximately 700 miles of Crude Oil pipelines located in North Dakota and Montana owned by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, (b) the Utah Pipelines, and (c) any other gathering systems or pipelines owned by any Loan Party that are used in the Business, including in each case any gathering receipt, relay, and pump stations connected or relating to any of the foregoing.
Pipeline Systems means, collectively, (a) the natural gas gathering pipelines located in the southern portion of the Fort Worth Basin in the State of Texas that are owned by the Loan Parties in connection with their Midstream Activities, and (b) any other pipelines now or hereafter owned by any Loan Party that are used in connection with their Midstream Activities.
Pipeline Systems means the natural gas liquids and other pipelines, lateral lines, pumps, pump stations and other related machinery and equipment that are located on or under the Real Property and that are used or necessary for the conduct of the Company's and its Subsidiaries' businesses as they are presently conducted and as conducted immediately prior to the Contributions.

Pipeline Systems means, collectively, (a) the natural gas gathering pipelines and other appurtenant facilities such as meters and valve yard facilities located in the States of Texas and Colorado owned by one or more of the Borrower, any Subsidiary Loan Party or any Restricted Subsidiary in connection with its or their Midstream Activities and (b) any other pipelines and other appurtenant facilities such as meters and valve yard facilities, located in Texas, Colorado or any other state, now or hereafter owned by one or more of the Borrower, any Subsidiary Loan Party or any Restricted Subsidiary in connection with its or their Midstream Activities.
Pipeline Systems means (a) the Refined Products pipelines, crude and gathering lines and the Intermediate Products pipelines that are owned or leased by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and that are used by Borrower and its Subsidiaries in the Business, and (b) any other pipelines owned or leased by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower that are used in the Business.
Pipeline Systems means, collectively, all of the Pipeline and Real Estate and Easements related thereto.
Pipeline Systems means the Sand Hills Pipeline and the Southern Hills Pipeline.

Pipeline Systems means any pipelines, gathering systems and processing stations owned by any Loan Party, including in each case any gathering receipt, relay, and pump stations connected or relating to any of the foregoing.
