PIK Note Indenture definition

PIK Note Indenture means the indenture for the PIK Notes.
PIK Note Indenture means that certain indenture among Funding, as issuer, Borrower, as guarantor, and First Bank National Association (now known as U.S. Bank National Association), as trustee, dated as of December 28, 1993, relating to Funding's PIK Notes, as it may from time to time be supplemented or amended by one or more indentures supplemental thereto.
