Phone Orders definition

Phone Orders means an Order for Services placed by Customer via telephone and accepted by CDGI pursuant to CDGI’s then current ordering procedures (as well as any amendment to such Order reflected in a change order agreed to by the Parties in accordance with the terms of the applicable change order, the Order and this Agreement).
