Supplier is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer and may cancel Orders affected by such errors.
From September 30, 2023 through the date of this Agreement, (a) there are no Legal Actions pending or, to the Knowledge of Buyer, threatened against Buyer or any of its assets or properties that would, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to be material to Buyer and (b) there are no Orders outstanding against Buyer or any of its assets or properties that would, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to be material to Buyer.
