Examples of Orders in a sentence
Authorized Participants shall have the following settlement requirements for cash Orders.
Purchase Orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. ET and (in the case of cash orders) prefunded by 2:00 p.m. ET, the close of regular trading on the Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc., or another similar Exchange identified by the Sponsor (the “Exchange”), or another time determined by the Sponsor.
There are no Actions pending (or, to the Knowledge of Company, threatened) against or affecting Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or any of their respective properties at law or in equity before, and there are no Orders of, or before, any Governmental Entity, in each case that would have, or would reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Company Material Adverse Effect.
The Participant may place Orders either through the CNS Clearing Process or outside the CNS Clearing Process, subject to the procedures for purchase and redemption set forth in the Prospectus and Section 2 of this Agreement.
Except as provided herein, all Purchase Orders of the Authorized Participant shall be accepted by the Sponsor and the Order Examiner when submitted in good form.
