Examples of Orders in a sentence
Contractor certifies that neither Contractor or its principals; its subcontractors or their principals; the sub-recipients (if applicable) or their principals are suspended, debarred, proposed for debarment, voluntarily excluded from covered transactions, or otherwise disqualified by any federal department or agency from doing business with the Federal Government pursuant to Executive Orders 12549 and 12689.
These federal requirements may be proposed by Participating Entities in Participating Addenda and Purchasing Entities for incorporation in Orders placed under this Master Agreement.
Pursuant to Appendix II to 2 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards, Orders funded with federal funds may have additional contractual requirements or certifications that must be satisfied at the time the Order is placed or upon delivery.
If the Contract is for indefinite quantities of Services, as specified in the Signature Document, all Work will be performed in accordance with properly executed Work Orders.
Multiple Work Orders may be issued during the term of this Contract, all of which will be in writing and signed by the Parties.
