Phase 2 Engineering Performance Standards definition

Phase 2 Engineering Performance Standards means the performance standards established by EPA for dredging-related resuspension, dredging residuals and dredging productivity, including, but not limited to, the associated action levels and sampling, monitoring, contingency, record keeping and/or reporting elements of those standards, that EPA determines will apply to Phase 2 of the Remedial Action.
