Any Supervised Person or person who serves as a director on the board of directors of any OFS Fund (“OFS Fund Director”) who becomes aware that their respective OFS Fund may be extending or arranging for the extension of credit to a director or officer, or person serving an equivalent function, should notify and consult with a Compliance Officer to ensure that the proposed extension of credit complies with this Code and the applicable law.
Person or person: Any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, association, joint stock company, trust, unincorporated organization, government or any agency or political subdivision thereof or any other form of entity.
The Dentist agrees that in no event, including but not limited to nonpayment by SDC, insolvency of SDC, or breach of this Agreement, shall the Dentist bill, charge, collect a deposit from, seek remuneration or reimbursement from, or have any recourse against, a Subscriber, Covered Person, or person acting on behalf of the Covered Person, for dental services provided pursuant to this Agreement.
