Subject Person definition

Subject Person has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition ofConsolidated Net Income”.
Subject Person means a controlling person, subsidiary or affiliate of a licensee, a director, officer, manager, or employee of a licensee or of a controlling person, subsidiary or affiliate of a licensee, or any other person that participates in the conduct of the business of a licensee.

  • OFAC may order the Subject Person to cease and desist from conduct that is prohibited by any of the sanctions programs enforced by OFAC when OFAC has reason to believe that a Subject Person has engaged in such conduct and/or that such conduct is ongoing or may recur.

  • OFAC will afford the Subject Person an opportunity to respond to OFAC’s determination that a violation has occurred before a final penalty is imposed.
