Payment Instruction Letter definition

Payment Instruction Letter means an irrevocable payment instruction in the form attached as Exhibit G.
Payment Instruction Letter means the letter dated on or about the date hereof between, amongst others, the Borrower and the Target setting out various payment instructions in relation to the Convertible Note and the Collateral Shares.

More Definitions of Payment Instruction Letter

Payment Instruction Letter means that certain Payoff and Bailee Letter dated November 30, 2009, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “C” to this Agreement.

Related to Payment Instruction Letter
