Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions definition
Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions means, with respect to the Company, the Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions, in the form of Exhibit E, executed by the Company and delivered to and acknowledged in writing by the Transfer Agent.
Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions means the Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions to be entered into by and among the Lender, the Borrower and the Borrower’s transfer agent, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “C”.

Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions means the Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions, dated as of the date of the Closing, among the Company and the Transfer Agent, in the form reasonably satisfactory to the Purchasers.
