Transfer Agent Instruction Letter definition

Transfer Agent Instruction Letter means the letter from the Company to the Transfer Agent which instructs the Transfer Agent to issue Underlying Shares pursuant to the Transaction Documents, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.

Transfer Agent Instruction Letter shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5(a).

Transfer Agent Instruction Letter means the letter, dated as of the Closing Date, from the Company to its transfer agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.

Transfer Agent Instruction Letter means an irrevocable instruction letter by the Company to the Company’s transfer agent instructing it to issue certificates representing the Acquired Shares to the Investor.
