Payment Guarantors means severally, but not jointly, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx III, Xxxxxxx Partners, Inc., Xxxxxx Master Investments, LLC, Xxxxxxx Partners Investments LLC, Xxxxxxx Partners–Master Investments, LLC, Xxxxxxx Partners BGHS, LLC, Xxxxxxx Partners Pasadena Gen-Par, Inc., Bunker Hill Equity, LLC and Xxxxxxx Partners–WFC Holdings, LLC, together with their respective heirs, estates, successors and permitted assigns, if any, and any other Person hereafter executing a separate payment guaranty or indemnity agreement in favor of Lender in connection with the Loan and/or the Mortgage Loan.
