Original Guarantors definition

Original Guarantors shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Preamble hereof.

Original Guarantors means the parties listed in Schedule 1 (Original Guarantors);

Original Guarantors means the Subsidiaries of the Issuer listed in Part I of Schedule 1 (The Original Parties) of the 2009 Financing Agreement as guarantors, together with the Issuer.

Examples of Original Guarantors in a sentence

• The Securities will be entitled to the benefits of the Guarantees afforded by Article 13 of the Indenture and, as of the time of issuance of the Securities, will be guaranteed by the Original Guarantors.

• The presence of a non-zero electric dipole moment (EDM) in a fundamental particle with spin will point to violation of both P-parity and T-time symmetries.

• On 4 May 2007, letters of demand were sent to the Original Guarantors for the Shortfall.

• Thereafter, on 6 July 2007, writs of summons were served on the Original Guarantors to claim the Shortfall.

Original Guarantors has the meaning given to it in the preamble of this Agreement.

Original Guarantors means HLRE Group Oy, a limited liability company incorporated in Finland with business ID 2607255-5, Vesivek Oy, a limited liability company incorporated in Finland with business ID 0951383-0, Nesco Oy, a limited liability company incorporated in Finland with business ID 0432656-9 and Vesivek Sverige AB, a limited liability company incorporated in Sweden with reg. no. 559043-6118.

Original Guarantors means those companies whose names and registered addresses are set out in part A of Schedule 1 (The Original Parties).

Original Guarantors means those companies listed as such in part B of schedule 1;

Original Guarantors means the Guarantors listed on Schedule 1.1(h).
