Initial Guarantors definition

Initial Guarantors shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Initial Guarantors means the Persons listed on Schedule I.

Initial Guarantors means the Subsidiaries listed on Schedule A.

Examples of Initial Guarantors in a sentence

• Each of the Initial Guarantors has duly authorized the execution and delivery of this Indenture to provide for the guarantee by such Initial Guarantor of such series of Securities as to which such guarantee has been made applicable as provided herein.

• All things necessary to make this Indenture a valid agreement of the Company and of the Initial Guarantors in accordance with its terms have been done.

• The Notes will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by the Initial Guarantors and any Additional Guarantors; provided that at any time that any such Additional Guarantor ceases to be a Significant Subsidiary, such Additional Guarantor shall be automatically released from the Guarantee hereunder.

• The Notes shall be guaranteed by each of the Initial Guarantors and, in accordance with Section 4.13, any additional Subsidiary Guarantors in accordance with Section 4.13 and Article Nine of this Supplemental Indenture.

• The guarantors (together the Initial Guarantors) as of the Issue Date are specified in the applicable Final Terms together with details of the date, form and other relevant details of the Guarantee.

Initial Guarantors means CGG Holding B.V., CGG Marine B.V., CGG Holding (U.S.) Inc., CGG Services (U.S.) Inc., CGG Land (U.S.) Inc., Viking Maritime Inc. and Alitheia Resources Inc., each a Restricted Subsidiary of the Company and a Guarantor as of the Issue Date.
