Participation Criteria definition

Participation Criteria means the criteria set forth in Rule 3000(a).
Participation Criteria means any criteria or rules established by an employer to determine the employees who are eligible for enrollment or continued enrollment under the terms of a health benefit plan.
Participation Criteria means the general participation criteria, specific participation criteria, any applicable credentialing criteria (for credentialed networks), and insurance criteria as described in the Agreements, any and all attachments thereto, and/or Administrative Requirements.

Examples of Participation Criteria in a sentence

  • Upon PROVIDER’s meeting all of the Participation Criteria set forth in this Agreement PROVIDER shall participate as a Participating Provider for Plan(s)/programs covered under this Agreement.

  • Upon PROVIDER’s meeting all of the Participation Criteria set forth in this Agreement PROVIDER shall participate as a Participating Provider for Plan(s)/Product programs covered under this Agreement.

  • Participation Criteria for Alternate Assessments Guidance on how to make eligibility decisions for the alternate assessments (DLM) can be found in Guidance for IEP Teams and is posted at www.ride.ri.gov/dlm.

  • If Mandatory Participation Criteria are to be specified they will be detailed in the Request.

  • Provider understands and agrees that meeting all of the above Participation Criteria is a condition precedent to the execution of this Agreement and is an ongoing condition to any Practitioner’s provision of Provider Services to Members and Blue Shield’s payment for Covered Services.
