Fitch Criteria means the criteria used by Fitch as set out in the reports by Fitch Ratings dated January 29, 2020 and headed "Counterparty Criteria for Structured Finance and Covered Bonds" and "Counterparty Criteria for Structured Finance Transactions: Derivative Addendum", each as amended and supplemented from time to time.
