More Definitions of Participation Period

Participation Period means a 12-month period established under this Plan during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised unless earlier terminated as provided herein. Effective with the Participation Period beginning November 1, 2011, each Participation Period will be 12 months in duration and shall begin at 12:01 a.m. on November 1 or May 1 of each year, as applicable to the Participant, and end at 11:59 p.m. on October 31 or April 30, respectively. The Board may change the duration and timing of Participation Periods pursuant to Sections 4, 18(b), 18(c), 19(b) or 19(c) hereof. As used herein, “Participation Period” shall also mean “Special Participation Period,” where applicable.
