Parking License definition

Parking License is defined in Section 2.4.

Parking License means the agreement entered into between the Permitholder and the College granting the Permitholder a license to park the Registered Vehicle on College Property subject to compliance by the Permitholder with the terms and conditions contained in the agreement;

Parking License means the non-exclusive easements, rights and licenses granted to Tenant in and to the Parking Facilities pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.2 hereof.
