Parking Requirements. At all times during the terms of the Loan, there shall be sufficient parking spaces to satisfy requirements of all Leases, parking or cross-parking agreements, and applicable zoning requirements and other Requirements.
Parking Requirements. Confirms that the Property is in compliance with all parking and loading requirements, including the number of spaces and dimensional requirements for the parking spaces.
Parking Requirements. Employees will continue to be eligible to park in designated University parking areas. The University will establish and charge parking fees, assess fines for violations of parking regulations, order the removal of vehicles parked in violation or regulations at the expense of the violator, and seek collection of any unpaid fines.

In no event will Manager use more than the number of Manager's Parking Spaces available under the REA or other Restrictive Agreement. Owner's inability to make any of Manager's Parking Spaces available at any time during the Term for reasons beyond Owner's control will not be deemed a default by Owner giving rise to any claim by Manager. Owner will have no liability to Manager with respect to Manager's use of Manager's Parking Spaces, including any liability for any property that is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed as a result of or in connection with such use.
Parking Requirements. Borrower shall maintain at all times sufficient parking spaces to comply with the parking requirements of all Leases, zoning and other regulations affecting the Property.
Parking Requirements a. For wholesale distribution, warehouse, and distribution center uses one space is required for each two thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet of total floor area.
Parking Requirements. 6.10.1 There shall be no minimum on-site parking requirement applicable to Educational Facilities, but to the extent parking shall be installed, it shall be included in the Transportation Circulation Study and Access Management Plan described in Section 6.9 of this Agreement.
