Outside Position definition

Outside Position means the position of director, officer, manager, trustee or other equivalent executive position held by an Insured Person in an Outside Entity if service in such position is with the knowledge and consent of, at the direction or request of, or part of the duties regularly assigned to the Insured Person by, the Company.
Outside Position means service by an Insured Person as a member of the board of directors, officer, member of the board of trustees, member of the board of managers, member of the board of regents, member of the board of governors or a functional equivalent thereof with an Outside Entity, but only during such time that such service is with the knowledge, consent, and at the specific request of the Insured Organization.
Outside Position means a director or officer of any Outside Entity.
