If an Event of Loss or an Event of Force Majeure occurs, then the Company shall be permitted to extend the Scheduled Completion Date beyond the Outside Completion Deadline to the extent that the Company certifies in writing, and the Construction Consultant confirms, to the Disbursement Agent that such extension is reasonably necessary to overcome any delays caused by the Event of Loss or Event of Force Majeure, provided that no such extension may extend beyond March 31, 2006.
