Closing Deadline definition

Closing Deadline has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(a)(ii).
Closing Deadline means the date and time specified on the RFP Cover Page or any Addenda issued by TO LIVE, as the date and time by which Proponents must submit their Proposal;

Examples of Closing Deadline in a sentence

  • Bidders may electronically submit Bid Responses through the State Procurement Online system (SPO Online) by the Bid Response Closing Deadline.

  • Real property taxes, premiums on insurance acceptable to Buyer, and any other expenses of the Property shall be prorated as of the Closing Deadline.

More Definitions of Closing Deadline

Closing Deadline is defined in Paragraph 1.1 of this Agreement.
