Closing Deadline definition

Closing Deadline means the date and time specified on the RFP Cover Page or any Addenda issued by TO LIVE, as the date and time by which Proponents must submit their Proposal;
Closing Deadline means the date and time specified on the RFQ Cover Page or any Addenda issued by the City, as the date and time by which Bidders must submit their Quotation;
Closing Deadline means five (5) Business Days following the expiration of the Inspection Period or any other date mutually agreed upon by Seller and Purchaser.
