Outgoing Administering Authority Personnel definition

Outgoing Administering Authority Personnel means the Outgoing Administering Authority Employees and any officers, consultants, contractors, workers and agents of the Outgoing Administering Authority assigned from time to time to deliver or assist in delivering all or part of the Administering Authority Obligations, or to fulfil its obligations under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, in this definition the term "assigned" shall have the meaning conferred upon it under TUPE; "Outgoing Administering Authority Personnel Information" means such information concerning the Outgoing Administering Authority Personnel as the Replacement Administering Authority shall reasonably request from time to time including:
