Inspecting Authority definition

Inspecting Authority means the authorised representative of the Department to act as Inspecting Authority for the purpose of this contract and for the purpose of ascertaining the progress of the deliveries under the contract.
Inspecting Authority means the authority designated by the competent authority for the said purpose;
Inspecting Authority means one or more persons appointed by the Board to exercise powers conferred under Chapter IV;
