Out-of-network means providers and facilities that haven’t signed a contract with your health plan to provide services. Out-of-network providers may be allowed to bill you for the difference between what your plan pays and the full amount charged for a service. This is called “balance billing.” This amount is likely more than in-network costs for the same service and might not count toward your plan’s deductible or annual out-of-pocket limit.
Combined cycle system means a system comprised of one or more combustion turbines, heat recovery steam generators, and steam turbines configured to improve overall efficiency of electricity generation or steam production.
Out-of-network provider means any provider that is not directly or indirectly employed by or does not have a provider agreement with the contractor or any of its subcontractors pursuant to the contract between the department and the contractor.
Point of Connection means the point at which electricity may flow into or out of the Network;
Cooling Off Period means the duration of time counted from the date when the direct seller and the direct selling entity enter into an agreement and ending with the date on which the contract is to be performed and within which direct seller may repudiate the agreement without being subject to penalty for breach of contract.
Control system means the combination of capture and control devices used to reduce emissions to the atmosphere.
Out-of-Area means outside of El Paso County and the immediate surrounding areas (including Doña Ana County in southern New Mexico) where active Employees reside and may receive routine or other medical services.
Principal Period of Maintenance means any nine consecutive hours per day (usually between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) as selected by the State, including an official meal period not to exceed one hour, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed at the installation.
Maintenance Period means the period so specified in an adoption agreement as a period of time—
Point of compliance means the location(s) at the source(s) of contamination or at the location(s) between the source(s) and the point(s) of exposure where concentrations of chemicals of concern must meet applicable risk-based screening levels at Tier 1 or other target level(s) at Tier 2 or Tier 3.
Out-of-home care means placement in a foster family home or
point of metering means the point at which the customer’s consumption of electricity is metered and which may be at the point of supply or at any other point on the distribution system of the municipality or the electrical installation of the customer, as specified by the municipality; provided that it shall meter all of, and only, the customer’s consumption of electricity;
connecting point means the point at which the drainage installation joins the connecting sewer;
CREFC® Significant Insurance Event Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Interest Significant Insurance Event Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Vapor control system means a system that prevents release to the atmosphere of gasoline vapors in excess of 80 milligrams per liter of gasoline loaded (4.7 grains per liter).
Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.
Supplier of water means any person who owns or operates a public water system.
CT gantry means the tube housing assemblies, beam-limiting devices, detectors, and the supporting structures and frames which hold these components.
Out-of-pocket maximum means the maximum amount you will have to pay for allowable covered expenses under a health plan, which may or may not include the deductibles or copayments, depending on the contract for that plan. The specific deductibles or copayments included in the out-of-pocket maximum may vary by policy. Expenses that are applied toward the out-of-pocket maximum should be noted in boxes 8 through 31.
Upgrades means all new versions and releases of, and bug fixes, error corrections, Workarounds, updates, upgrades, modifications, patches for, the Licensed Software, Deliverables, Documentation, or any other portion of the Work.
Inventory control system means a system described in Section 4-41a-103.

Fire alarm system means a system designed to detect and annunciate the presence of fire, or by-products of fire. Fire alarm system includes smoke detectors.
Changeable filters means any filter, exclusive of inherent filtration, which can be removed from the useful beam through any electronic, mechanical, or physical process.
Point of common coupling means the point which the distributed generation facility is connected to the EDU's system.
Additional Cut-Off Date means (a) with respect to Lump Addition Accounts or Participation Interests, the date specified as such in the notice delivered with respect thereto pursuant to Section 2.09(d) and (b) with respect to New Accounts, the date on which such New Accounts are originated.
