Other Investor definition

Other Investor means any Person who has executed a securities purchase agreement dated as of the date hereof pursuant to which such Person has agreed to purchase shares of Common Stock in connection with the Other Private Placements.

Other Investor has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Other Investor means, for purposes of Section 5 with respect to any Selling Investor, all Investors other than such Selling Investor.

Examples of Other Investor in a sentence

• The Investor shall be entitled to independently protect and enforce its rights, including, without limitation, the rights arising out of this Agreement, and it shall not be necessary for any Other Investor to be joined as an additional party in any proceeding for such purpose.

Other Investor means any Person who has executed a securities purchase agreement dated as of June 25, 2015, June 29, 2015 or the date hereof pursuant to which such Person has agreed to purchase shares of Common Stock in connection with the Other Private Placements.

Other Investor means the Bain Entities, Boloria Investments Holding B.V., Zeta Cayman Limited and Keppel Funds Investment Pte. Ltd., together with any other Person who enters into an Other Support Agreement on or after the date hereof with Topco and Parent. Other Investors and the undersigned Investor are collectively referred to as the “Investor Group” and each referred to as an “Investor Group Member”.

Other Investor means each Person who, at the time of any registration of Common Stock hereunder, has the right under a stockholder's agreement or stock option agreement with the Reorganized Company or any subsidiary thereof to participate in any public offering in which all or a portion of the shares of Common Stock owned by the Stockholders are registered under the Securities Act.

Other Investor means any Investor set forth on the signature pages hereto (other than any Lead Investor or any Angel Oak Investor). Collectively, such Persons are referred to as the “Other Investors”.

Other Investor means any investor, apart from the PIF Investor or any of the PIF Investor’s Affiliates, that is the beneficial holder of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock.

Other Investor means any holder of Shares that is or becomes a party to this Agreement other than (a) an Onex Investor and (b) the transferees of the Onex Investors that acquire all of the Shares held by the Onex Investors as of the date hereof.
