Within thirty (30) days after the date on which the Corporation adopts such policy, the Corporation shall provide a copy of such policy to the Investor, together with the resolutions of the Board or other relevant official document evidencing the Corporation’s adoption of such policy.
Upon reasonable request, the Corporation agrees to provide responsive information to the Investor concerning its compliance with Sanctions.
