Investor Group definition

Investor Group means the Sponsor and its affiliates, successors and assigns.

Investor Group means the Investor plus any other Person with which the Investor is considered to be part of a group under Section 13 of the 1934 Act or with which the Investor otherwise files reports under Sections 13 and/or 16 of the 1934 Act.

Investor Group means the Investors together with their Permitted Transferees who hold Equity Securities;

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Section 4 or elsewhere in this Agreement shall prohibit or restrict the Investor Group or its Related Persons from communicating privately with members of the Board or executive officers of the Company regarding any matter, so long as such communications are not intended to and would not require any public disclosure of such communications.

More Definitions of Investor Group

Investor Group means (i) for each Conduit Investor, collectively, such Conduit Investor, the related Committed Note Purchaser(s) set forth opposite the name of such Conduit Investor on Schedule I (or, if applicable, set forth for such Conduit Investor in the Assignment and Assumption Agreement or Investor Group Supplement pursuant to which such Conduit Investor or Committed Note Purchaser becomes a party thereto), any related Program Support Provider(s) and the related Funding Agent (which shall constitute the Series 2022-1 Class A-1 Noteholder for such Investor Group) and (ii) for each other Committed Note Purchaser that is not related to a Conduit Investor, collectively, such Committed Note Purchaser, any related Program Support Provider(s) and the related Funding Agent (which shall constitute the Series 2022-1 Class A-1 Noteholder for such Investor Group).

Investor Group means, collectively, the Investor and its Affiliates.

Investor Group means, collectively, a Conduit Investor, if any, and the Committed Note Purchaser(s) with respect to such Conduit Investor.

Investor Group means, collectively, the Investor, the Designated Purchasers, if any, and the respective Affiliates of such Persons.
