Beneficial Holder definition

Beneficial Holder. A Person holding a beneficial interest in any Book-Entry Certificate as or through a DTC Participant or an Indirect DTC Participant or a Person holding a beneficial interest in any Definitive Certificate.
Beneficial Holder means any Person who holds a beneficial interest in a Global Note as shown on the books of the Depository or a Participant.
Beneficial Holder means the Person or Entity holding the beneficial interest in a Claim or Equity Interest.

  • Any such written order from a Participant or a Beneficial Holder shall be provided to the Trustee no later than 9:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on the day on which the investment is to be made.

  • Any Definitive Note issued in exchange for a beneficial interest pursuant to this Section 5.6(c) shall be registered in such name or names and in such authorized denomination or denominations as the holder of such beneficial interest shall instruct the Registrar through instructions from the Depository and the Participant or Beneficial Holder.
