Decision and Order definition

Decision and Order means the:
Decision and Order means the final and effective decision and order issued by the Director and evidencing the Director’s approval of the Application and this Plan of Conversion.
Decision and Order means the proposed Decision and Order contained in the Consent Agreement or the Decision and Order issued in this matter.

More Definitions of Decision and Order

Decision and Order means the Decision and Order incorporated into and made a part of the Consent Agreement.
Decision and Order means the Decision and Order of the FTC in connection with the Merger.
