Option Exercise Conditions definition

Option Exercise Conditions means, for any Option Transaction, the option exercise conditions specified in this Schedule "E";
Option Exercise Conditions means the conditions to Closing (as defined in the Transaction Agreement) set forth in Article 7 of the Transaction Agreement.
Option Exercise Conditions shall have the meaning given to it in Section 2.02(c).

More Definitions of Option Exercise Conditions

Option Exercise Conditions means the conditions to Closing (as defined in the Transaction Agreement) set forth in Article 7 of the Transaction Agreement. The definition ofOutside Closing Date” is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows:

Related to Option Exercise Conditions

  • Option Exercise Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4(d).

  • Option Exercise Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.1.

  • New Exercise Date means a new Exercise Date if the Administrator shortens any Offering Period then in progress.

  • Minimum Exercise Amount means the Minimum Exercise Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Post-Termination Exercise Period means the period following termination of a Participant’s Continuous Service within which an Option or SAR is exercisable, as specified in Section 4(h).

  • Automatic Exercise Date means, with respect to an Option or a Stock Appreciation Right, the last business day of the applicable Option Term or Stock Appreciation Right Term that was initially established by the Administrator for such Option or Stock Appreciation Right (e.g., the last business day prior to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant of such Option or Stock Appreciation Right if the Option or Stock Appreciation Right initially had a ten-year Option Term or Stock Appreciation Right Term, as applicable).
