New Exercise Date definition

New Exercise Date means a new Exercise Date if the Administrator shortens any Offering Period then in progress.

  • In the event that the successor corporation refuses to assume or substitute for the option, the Offering Period with respect to which such option relates will be shortened by setting a New Exercise Date on which such Offering Period will end.

New Exercise Date means the New Exercise Date set for Purchase Periods in the event of a proposed sale of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company, or the merger of the Company with or into another corporation in accordance with Section 18(c).
