OPS Confidential Information definition

OPS Confidential Information means all information of the Ontario Public Service that is of a confidential nature, including all confidential information in the custody or control of the OPS, whether recorded or not and however fixed, stored, expressed or embodied, that has been identified as confidential and which comes into the knowledge, possession or control of the Supplier in connection with the Agreement. For greater certainty, OPS Confidential Information shall:
OPS Confidential Information means all information of the Ontario Public Service and the Clients, that is of a proprietary or confidential nature, including Personal Information, regardless of whether it is identified as proprietary or confidential or not, and whether recorded or not, and however fixed, stored, expressed or embodied, which comes into the knowledge, possession or control of the Supplier in connection with the Master Agreement. OPS Confidential Information includes but is not limited to:

Examples of OPS Confidential Information in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall not copy any OPS Confidential Information, in whole or in part, unless copying is essential to achieve verifiable Electricity savings as a direct result of the operation of the Operating Equipment under the terms of this Agreement.

  • If the Supplier is requested by a Provincially Funded Organization to do so, the Supplier shall provide to that Provincially Funded Organization the following documents and information: (i) the RFB and other related procurement documents that were publicly issued; and (ii) the Supplier’s proposal in response to the RFB, but only to the extent that it does not include OPS Confidential Information.

  • The Supplier shall not copy any OPS Confidential Information, in whole or in part, unless copying is essential for the provision of the Electricity and Related Products from the Contract Facility under the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Supplier shall not copy any OPS Confidential Information, in whole or in part, unless copying is essential to curtail the Electricity demand of the Load as a direct result of the operation of the Control Equipment under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Beyond this basic infrastructure, the USMS has unique requirements that stem from its law enforcement mission.

Related to OPS Confidential Information

  • State Confidential Information means any and all State Records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall include, but is not limited to, PII, PHI, PCI, Tax Information, CJI, and State personnel records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall not include information or data concerning individuals that is not deemed confidential but nevertheless belongs to the State, which has been communicated, furnished, or disclosed by the State to Contractor which (i) is subject to disclosure pursuant to CORA; (ii) is already known to Contractor without restrictions at the time of its disclosure to Contractor; (iii) is or subsequently becomes publicly available without breach of any obligation owed by Contractor to the State; (iv) is disclosed to Contractor, without confidentiality obligations, by a third party who has the right to disclose such information; or (v) was independently developed without reliance on any State Confidential Information.

  • Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • Proprietary Information shall have the same meaning as Confidential Information.

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.
