Operator Facilities definition

Operator Facilities means the cable television system facilities in an Upgraded System owned or leased by an Operator from each Point of Demarcation to and including the cable modem at the location of each subscriber (whether or not such cable modem is owned by the Operator); provided, -------- that Operator Facilities shall not include the ownership of any software or other intellectual property rights licensed by @Home to such Operator (other than rights related to such license).
Operator Facilities means the facilities and equipment produced or developed by the operator that are required for the due implementation of this contract, including control center, stations and depots.
Operator Facilities means the facilities and equipment produced or developed by the Operator that are required for the due implementation of this Contract, including Buses and Bus Depots.

  • The requirements for Market Participant or Network Operator Facilities to be subject to the Facility Outage Procedure set out in this document are specified in the Market Rules [MR 3.18.2(f)].

  • Producer, at its sole cost and expense, shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining in effect during the Term, on terms that are reasonably acceptable to Producer and Operator, any and all Governmental Approvals as are required for the design, construction, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of Producer Facilities and the Operator Facilities located on Producer Property.

  • Producer shall own Well/RNG Source Producer Facilities and the Operator shall own the Operator Facilities and each party shall be responsible for all personal property taxes and assessments assessed against its respective Facilities.

  • Operator Facilities: The pipes, pipelines, valves, meters, equipment, electronic measuring devices and other ancillary and related equipment and materials owned by Operator, including, but not limited to, any of the foregoing situated in, on, or about Producer Property and the M&R Station.

Related to Operator Facilities

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Major facility means any facility or activity classified as such by the regional administrator in conjunction with the board.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Segregated facilities, as used in this provision, means any waiting rooms, work areas, rest rooms and wash rooms, restaurants and other eating areas, time clocks, locker rooms and other storage or dressing areas, parking lots, drinking fountains, recreation or entertainment areas, transportation, and housing facilities provided for employees, that are segregated by explicit directive or are in fact segregated on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin because of habit, local custom, or otherwise.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Processing facility means an establishment that prepares, treats, or converts tangible personal property into finished goods or another form of tangible personal property. The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations. It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.

  • Utility Facilities means all personal property and real property owned or controlled by Utility, including Poles.

  • Facility or Facilities means any tangible asset in the right-of-way required to provide utility service.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.

  • Project Facilities means the facilities, equipment and vehicles provided under the Project;
