NSAI Report definition

NSAI Report means the independent engineering evaluation of the Corporation's shale gas reserves and contingent resources in the Marcellus properties prepared by NSAI effective December 31, 2018, utilizing the average of the commodity price forecasts and inflation rates of GLJ, McDaniel and Sproule as of January 1, 2019

NSAI Report means the independent engineering evaluation of the Corporation's shale gas reserves and contingent resources in the Marcellus properties prepared by NSAI effective December 31, 2016, utilizing commodity price forecasts of McDaniel (for internal consistency in the Corporation's reserves reporting) as of January 1, 2017;

NSAI Report means the report as of December 31, 2020 on the "Estimates of Contingent and Prospective Resources to the Canadian Overseas Petroleum Limited Interest in Certain Discoveries and Prospects Located in Oil Prospecting License 226 Offshore Nigeria".
