Servicer’s Report definition

Servicer’s Report means any report of the Servicer delivered pursuant to Section 3.1(a) of the Administration Agreement, substantially in the form acceptable to the Administrator.
Servicer’s Report means the Servicer’s Report delivered pursuant to Section 3.9(a) of the Servicing Agreement.

More Definitions of Servicer’s Report

Servicer’s Report means a report of Servicer delivered pursuant to Section 4.9 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to that agreement.
