Cost Report definition
Cost Report means a report detailing all costs incurred in relation to the Activity, to be submitted by the Incubatee to the Incubator.
Cost Report. We relied on the separate reporting of non-sub-capitated and sub-capitated experience by the MCPs in the medical cube worksheets of the CY 2018 cost reports.
