NQDC Committee definition

NQDC Committee means the nonqualified deferred compensation administrative committee consisting of officers of the Firm, appointed from time to time by Morgan Stanley’s Chief Administrative Officer to administer SECAP.

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;
