More Definitions of Noteholder Default

Noteholder Default means any “Event of Default” as defined in Section 6.1 of the Indenture.

Any Forbearance Default shall constitute an immediate Default under the GE Loan Agreement and an immediate Event of Default under the TCFC Loan Agreement.
