Examples of Additional Notes in a sentence
On the Business Day prior to any Payment Date and/or Maturity Date the Issuer will deposit or cause to be deposited with the Paying Agent, in immediately available funds, a sum in Dollars sufficient to pay the principal of, and interest (and premium and Additional Amounts, if any) due on each Note or Additional Notes on such Payment Date and/or Maturity Date.
Such Additional Notes may be consolidated and form a single series with, and will have the same terms as to ranking, redemption, waivers, amendments or otherwise as, the Notes, and will vote together as one class on all matters with respect to such Notes.
Any such Additional Notes shall constitute a single series together with the Initial Notes for all purposes hereunder, including, without limitation, waivers, amendments and offers to purchase.
Additional Notes may be issued in an unlimited aggregate principal amount, subject to certain conditions specified in the Indenture.
Each Series of Notes issued hereunder and any Additional Notes of the same Series shall vote on all matters as a single Series, and otherwise be treated as a single Series, for all purposes under the Indenture.
