Additional Notes means additional Notes (other than the Initial Notes and other than Exchange Notes issued in exchange for such Initial Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.01 and 4.09 hereof.

• Such Authentication Order shall specify the amount of Notes to be authenticated and the date on which the Notes are to be authenticated, whether such Notes are to be Initial Notes, Additional Notes or Exchange Notes and whether the Notes are to be issued as one or more Global Notes and such other information as the Issuers may include or the Trustee may reasonably request.

More Definitions of Additional Notes

Additional Notes means any notes issued under this Indenture in addition to the Initial Notes ranking equally and having the same terms in all respects as the Initial Notes (except the issue date, issue price and the date of the first payment of interest on the Additional Notes if the Additional Notes are issued after the first payment of interest on the Notes).

Additional Notes means additional Notes (other than the Initial Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.01 and 4.09 of this Indenture (whether or not such Notes have the same CUSIP number or ISIN).

Additional Notes means Notes issued pursuant to the terms of this Supplemental Indenture in addition to Initial Notes (other than any Notes issued in respect of Initial Notes pursuant to Sections 2.06, 2.07, 2.10, 3.06, 3.09 or 4.16 of this Supplemental Indenture or Section 9.05 of the Base Indenture).

Additional Notes has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(b).

Additional Notes means the Notes issued under the terms of this Indenture subsequent to the Issue Date.
