Noteholder Agreement means the Indenture, dated as of January 27, 2017, by and among the Issuer, the Indenture Loan Parties and the Noteholder Trustee, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated, refinanced, replaced or restructured.
