Exclusive Assets definition

Exclusive Assets means those Supplier Assets used by the Supplier or a Key Sub-Contractor which are used exclusively in the provision of the Goods and/or Services;
Exclusive Assets means those Assets used by the Service Provider or a Key Sub-contractor which are used exclusively for the provision of the Services.
Exclusive Assets means the fixed assets and intellectual property that shall not be subject to purchase, the definition of such assets is set forth in Appendix III;
