The consultant’s total remuneration shall not exceed the Contract Price.

  • All costs associated with monthly reports, progress meetings and updating the Employers database are deemed to be included in the Tender rates for Normal Services.

  • Payment for Stage 6 of the Normal Services will be made based on the cost proposal and actual costs incurred as back up by approved time sheets.

  • Local Services means those services, facilities or things which are under the jurisdiction of the municipality and are related to a plan of subdivision or within the area to which the plan relates in respect of the lands under Sections 41, 51 or 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 19990, Chap.
