  • In respect of Normal Services provided by the Consulting Engineer under Clause 2.1 of these Conditions, the Client shall pay the Consulting Engineer according to one or more of the following methods as specified in Appendix B.

The consultant’s total remuneration shall not exceed the Contract Price.

  • All costs associated with monthly reports, progress meetings and updating the Employers database are deemed to be included in the Tender rates for Normal Services.

Related to normal services

  • Local Services means those services, facilities or things which are under the jurisdiction of the municipality and are related to a plan of subdivision or within the area to which the plan relates in respect of the lands under Sections 41, 51 or 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 19990, Chap. P.13, as amended, or any successor thereof;
