Non-POR Customer definition

Non-POR Customer means any Designated Customer whose accounts receivable from IDT’s sale and delivery to such Designated Customer of Energy or Natural Gas are not subject to payment to IDT under a POR Program.
Non-POR Customer means any Customer whose accounts receivable from Buyer’s sale and delivery to such Customer of Energy is not subject to payment to Buyer under a POR Program.

Examples of Non-POR Customer in a sentence
