Non-Eligible Employee definition

Non-Eligible Employee means temporary or probationary employees and any individual who is an elected or appointed officer, or who is a chief deputy to an elected official of such officer and who is authorized by law to exercise the same powers as the officer, and shall include heads of departments as listed in ARS 11-352B and any Attorney hired on or after the date of adoption of this particular rule.
Non-Eligible Employee means any Employee who is not either a Full-Time Employee or an Eligible Part-Time Employee.
Non-Eligible Employee means an employee of the University whose job position (as each position is described in the Eligible Employee Section) renders him or her ineligible to actively participate in the Retirement Plan. A Non-Eligible Employee, however, continues to be eligible to participate in the Voluntary Plan.

Examples of Non-Eligible Employee in a sentence

  • If benefits under the Plan are provided to a Non-Eligible Employee, references in the Plan to “Eligible Employee” (and similar references) shall be deemed to refer to such Non-Eligible Employee.

  • If benefits under the Plan are provided to a Non-Eligible Employee, references in the Plan to “Eligible Employee” (with the exception of Sections 4(a)(ii)(1), 4(a)(ii)(2), and 4(a)(ii)(3)) shall be deemed to refer to such Non-Eligible Employee.

  • If benefits under the Plan are provided to a Non-Eligible Employee, references in the Plan to “Eligible Employee” (with the exception of Sections 4(a)(i)(1), 4(a)(i)(2), and 4(a)(i)(3)) shall be deemed to refer to such Non-Eligible Employee.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may, in its sole discretion, provide benefits to employees or consultants who are not Eligible Employees (“Non-Eligible Employees”) chosen by the Plan Administrator, in its sole discretion, and the provision of any such benefits to a Non-Eligible Employee shall in no way obligate the Company Group to provide such benefits to any other Non-Eligible Employee, even if similarly situated.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Committee may, in its sole discretion, provide benefits to Company employees who are not Eligible Employees (“Non-Eligible Employees”) chosen by the Plan Administrator, in its sole discretion, and the provision of any such benefits to a Non-Eligible Employee shall in no way obligate the Company to provide such benefits to any other employee, even if similarly situated.
