No Transmission Delivery Service. The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to provide, any Transmission Service under the NYISO OATT, and does not convey any right to deliver electricity to any specific customer or Point of Delivery. If Developer wishes to obtain Transmission Service on the New York State Transmission System, then Developer must request such Transmission Service in accordance with the provisions of the NYISO OATT.

If Interconnection Customer wishes to obtain Transmission Service on the New York State Transmission System, then Interconnection Customer must request such Transmission Service in accordance with the provisions of the Tariff.
No Transmission Delivery Service. Except for the provision of those services set forth in Appendix C, the execution of this LGIA does not constitute a request for, nor the provision of, any service except for Interconnection Service, including, but not limited to, transmission delivery service, local delivery service, distribution service, capacity service, energy service, or Ancillary Services under any applicable tariff, and does not convey any right to deliver electricity to any specific customer or Point of Delivery.

Additionally, the execution of the QF-LGIA does not constitute an agreement to purchase the Net Output or any portion of the output of the Large Generating Facility
